Amenities Update

We are pleased to announce a few changes to our operations that will allow for more amenity usage.

  • Tennis Court reservations will now be available until 9pm Monday through Saturday. Tennis courts will still close at 7pm on Sundays. We were only accepting reservations until 7pm since our reopening, but are happy to announce this change so you have more time to play. Social distancing is still in effect and there can only be four people per court.
  • Gym reservations have been increased to 25 per reservation time, an increase from the 20 previously allowed. Every other piece of equipment will still be closed to ensure social distancing. Staff is confident we can still safely ensure the usage of the gym with this increase. We will continue to have 30 minutes between sessions to sanitize all equipment. We ask for your continued efforts in cleaning equipment before and after your usage to best ensure a safe environment for all. Your support and effort in this area thus far has been tremendous and extremely appreciated.

We unfortunately are still awaiting a broken part for our family pool at the Recreation Center to be fabricated, delivered and installed. Once the pool can reopen at this facility, we will increase the reservation usage from 40 to 60 per timeslot, and keep the Aquatics Complex Family Pool operating with a cap of 40 residents per reservation slot. This will increase overall Family Pool usage to 100 per two hour reservation time, up from the current 40. We apologize for the untimeliness of the pool repair and are working as quickly as we can to remedy.

Please remember, no guests will be permitted entry to the CDD amenities as long as restrictions are in place for residents.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we continue to operate your amenities with everyone’s safety in mind. It has been so nice to see residents back at the Recreation Center and the Aquatics Complex!
