We are beginning to prepare our reopening plan, and a large part of that will be your ability to register to utilize the amenities that will be opened. To do so, you will need to utilize our new resident software called CivicRec.

How to log into CivicRec
In order to ensure your information is secured, we are not generating a generic password and sending to everyone in the community. We will provide these passwords to you when you call in. Staff can then help you ensure your ability to utilize your account when we do open our facilities. We will be posting directions on how to register for reservations in a follow up e-blast and also on our website (https://www.jcpcdd.org). This initial communication is meant to ensure your ability to log into the software. Staff will be available 9am-5pm daily, including the weekend to aide in this process. If you need support outside of these hours, please email our front desk at email@example.com and we will respond accordingly. In addition to the follow-up communications explaining how to utilize the CivicRec software, we will be sending out our reopening plan by week’s end.
