Recreation Center Pool Reservations

Competition Pool

Recreation Center pool reservations, both Competition Pool and Family Pool are now active and available. Please limit your reservations to no more than 3, in any given week. Also, please ensure you intend to use the reservation as it will be preventing another resident from enjoying the amenity should you fail to come and enjoy it yourself. We will continue to monitor the reservations and will adjust our offerings as the demand and ability to staff dictate. Please continue to be patient with Staff as we navigate this new process. Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction and your ability to enjoy your amenities. Tennis scheduling will be revealed at a later time. We will send out subsequent notifications when that capability is available to residents. 


Process to register for a pool reservation: 

  • Log into your account. 
  • The available rentals will be displayed. 
  • Select either Competition Pool or Family Pool and then select the timeframe you wish to utilize the facility. 
  •  Once selected, choose the account members that you wish to reserve a spot for and hit add to cart. 
  • You can close the cart by selecting close and add other rentals, or proceed to checkout after the first selection by hitting the checkout tab. 
  • Select Review transaction. 
  • Select Complete transaction.
  • You will be emailed confirmation of the reservation to the email provided.


Troubleshooting: If you are having trouble finalizing a reservation, try booking the reservation with the account of the first person listed in your account members section. This information can be found once you click on the account tab. Email the front desk, frontdesk@jcpcdd.org if this is happening. Reserving under the primary member, or the first person listed should allow you to reserve, and staff can look into the matter further. A Primary member can book reservations for other members in their household without the need to reserve themselves a spot, should they not want to attend the reservation. Just remember, residents under 16 must have a household resident member present with them at this time, so they would need to be included in a reservation in that situation.


You can review all of your finalized reservations by clicking your account tab and there is a “My Upcoming Events” tab that if you select “View Full Calendar”, a calendar will display your reservations which you can hover over for reservation details.


To cancel a reservation either call the Front Desk at 904-438-2530 or by emailing your desire to cancel your reservation to frontdesk@jcpcdd.org.
