Payment Policies

Dropping Off Payments

All payments for classes should be dropped off in the tennis office either before or after class. The tennis pros will no longer be collecting money on the courts. There will be no credits given, except rain credits.

Accepted Payments & Roll

We accept cash, check or credit cards. Indicate on check what payment is for (i.e. name, class).

Roll will be taken for each class.

Payments by the Session

All payments that are for the next session are due by the end of the previous session being paid.

Payments by the Class

All payments must be paid on the day of the class either before or after class.

Lesson Series

Lesson Series expire after 4 months

No Refunds

No refunds! No Exceptions! No refunds will be issued for lessons, clinics or camp for any reason. Credits may be issued in the event of rain outs or injury.
