2020 Pricing and Registration Information
PLEASE REVIEW THIS ENTIRE PAGE BEFORE CLICKING THE LINKS BELOW. Participants are required to pre-pay and pre-register ONLINE ONLY for all weeks that he or she would like to attend. Secure credit card payments accepted online through our new system. If you do not have access to a computer, you may come to the front office and use our tablet to complete registration and payment. No exceptions will be made. We have TWO SEPARATE LINKS at the bottom of this page. One for ages 5 and 6 years old and one for 7 to 12 years old.
Refunds and requests to change dates must be submitted in writing to our Lifestyle Director Maddie Dorsey at MDorsey@jcpcdd.org. You will be contacted directly if we can accommodate the request, however, they will be taken at a case by case basis.
Our 2020 pricing is $200.00 per week. We no longer offer single days.
A $20.00 sibling discount is available to each additional sibling registered after the 1st initial camper.
You also have the option of purchasing lunch for the entire week this year for $35.00 per week. We have provided two different options all of which include chips, apple sauce or yogurt and a Gatorade or bottled water. If you choose not to, you will be responsible for provided lunch every day. You may either provide snack or money to buy snack every day.
Option 1: Monday - Turkey and American Cheese Wrap, Tuesday - Hot Dog, Wednesday - Cheese Quesadilla, Thursday - Cheese Quesadilla, Friday - Two Slices of Cheese Pizza
Option 2: Monday - Ham and American Cheese Wrap, Tuesday - Corn Dog, Wednesday - Corn Dog, Thursday - Hot Dog, Friday - Two Slices of Cheese Pizza
We have increased our maximum capacity this year and have made some small changes including adding more counselors, all to hopefully provide our residents with a better program in the long run. We also will be doing our best for certain portions of the day, to keep the 5 and 6 year old groups separate from the 7 to 12 year old groups as their programming will be slightly different this year. We no longer offer early morning as an extra charge, instead our morning drop off is between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM and you may pick up anytime between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM.
All of our counselors are CPR/First Aid Certified as well are required to be background checked and 18 or older. All campers are required to complete a swim test provided by our Aquatics Department. The test will be conducted on Mondays, and will only need to be completed once if participating in multiple camp weeks. The test consists of one lap in the competition pool and treading water for 1 minute. If your camper does not pass they will be required to wear a swim vest. They can re-test any number of times, but can only take the test once per day.
We are not charging extra for field trips this year and all campers are required to attend. Reminder, we wear RED SHIRTS for field trips days. Our weekly themes and Friday Field Trip and Special Guest schedule is as follows:

We are now processing all registrations through Jumbula which offers secure checkout through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account in order to use this, you may checkout as a guest then input your credit/debit card accordingly. In order to proceed with registration, please click whichever link applies below. You will be brought to an informational page, that has a button labeled EXPRESS REGISTRATION at the bottom. Click EXPRESS REGISTRATION and then click new family on the next page. You will then go through the process of creating a login and password, and proceed with registration. After doing this once, you will be able to login and add weeks accordingly, you will not have to create a new profile.
REMINDER: At any time you would like to unenroll your camper and get a refund you must write a written request to Maddie Dorsey. DO NOT REQUEST THROUGH PAYPAL OR JUMBULA.
