- The abundance of rain last week was certainly felt at the construction site. However, when the contractor estimates the time it will take to complete a project they plan in certain weather related delays. As things dry out we should be right back on schedule.
- It was decided last night at the monthly CDD meeting to have pavers installed for the pool deck. Pavers are comparable in cost to concrete decking and more attractive both from a practicallity standpoint and an aesthetic one.

-
As of this posting the land has been cleared all the way back to the site of the main club house area.
-
On September 25th the last of the three necessary building permits were granted and now the contractors and architects are looking forward to "going vertical" with the building.
-
Because the main club house building is set far back on the property, it is very unlikely that progress will be visible from Durbin Creek Blvd. The building that may be partially visible as you drive by the construction site would be the building at the skate park and basketball courts.
-
The estimates from the contractor indicate that the building process should take eleven months.
