Health & Fitness EXPO EXPO 2010 Recap
We had
an EXCEPTIONAL Health & Fitness
EXPO 2010! We didn’t get the weather we had hoped
for, but the “Indoor” Expo proved to be a resounding
success, nonetheless!
If you
weren’t able to stop by or walk through the
event...we had 35 Exhibitors offering all types of
Health and Fitness education/information, free
medical tests and screenings, H1N1 and seasonal flu
vaccines, plus all kinds of exhibitor giveaways and
raffles. No sales, no hype...just a True-Blue Health
& Fitness EXPO! The exhibitors were all very
generous to the JCP community and commented how
excited they were to come back again next year!
A special
shout-out and thank you to Blue Cross Blue
Shield of Florida, Winn-Dixie, and the St John’s
Sheriff’s Department for your sponsorships!
BCBSFL and Winn-Dixie: your
generous sponsorship/raffle of multiple free grocery
coupons for the community was very generous!
Deputy Bowen and Deputy Bucher: your
Stranger
Danger presentations were fabulous and much
appreciated by the community who attended! Not to
mention the importance of the content you provided
the community! Priceless. Thank you, all three
sponsors!
And
another special “thank you” to the St John’s
Fire & Rescue Team who donated their
vehicle equipment to our EXPO for community
education and enjoyment! We’re all children at heart
when it comes to the excitement of seeing the big
fire trucks! And the little siren blast on the way
out...nice touch!
