Child Watch Counselor
Each Child Watch Counselor is responsible for the safety, care
and supervision of the children in the Child Watch area.
Work Experience Requirements
- Must have previous child care experience.
Other Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Current CPR certification for Infant, Child and Adult
- Current certification for First Aid and AED
- Must participate in the Child Watch Orientation prior to working and sign off on current Child Watch Staff Manual
- Must consent to our Drug and Alcohol Screening Program, as well as consent to a Criminal History Background Test.
- A warm personality with strong degree of patience and adaptability to different group dynamics.
- Must be flexible and available to work Wednesday 8:15 am – 11:30 am, Thursday 7:45 am – 11:45 am and Saturday 7:45 am – 12:45 pm. Possible additional hours may be required going forward.

Summer Camp Counselor
Summer Camp Counselor participates in all Camp activities, i.e.,
sports, swimming, group activities, arts ‘n crafts and free time
activities.
Work Experience Requirements
- Previous child care experience preferred
Other Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Current CPR certification for Infant, Child and Adult
- Current certification for First Aid and AED
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors for a minimum of 2 hours
- Must participate in the Camp Counselor Orientation prior to working and sign off on current Camp Staff Manual.
- Must consent to our Drug and Alcohol Screening Program, as well as consent to a Criminal History Background Test.
- Must have a genuine interest working with children.

Personal Trainer
Each certified personal trainer provides a consultation
which includes body measurements & body fat calculations, goal
setting for short and long term, and custom designed weight
training instruction. They educate and motivate clients through
a safe and effective program. Trainers also help with
miscellaneous fitness floor duties.
Work Experience Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years Work Experience
- Prior Fitness experience
Other Requirements
- Current Personal Trainer Certification & CPR/AED Certifications
- Must have good communication, professionalism and “people skills”.
- Must be able to train a variety of populations.
- Must be available to work a variety of hours ranging from 5:30am-9pm, Monday-Sunday.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 45lbs.
- Must consent to the JCPCDD Drug Screening Program, as well as Criminal History Background Check

Massage Therapist:
The Massage Therapist administers professional massage treatments
to our clients. They must have a thorough knowledge of numerous
massage modalities. Follow policies and procedures, maintain a
professional attitude, treat clients and staff with respect at all
times.
Professional Requirements:
● Florida State Massage Therapy License:
─ Active and maintain in good-standing
● Active Insurance Policy:
─ Covering 1,000,000/1,000,000 Malpractice Liability
Insurance
(including Comprehensive General Liability)
─ Additionally insuring JCPCDD as place of practice
● Prior Massage experience (spa, medical, etc.)
