Aqua Challenge This high intensity, low impact work-out is done entirely in the deep end of the Competition pool in order to alleviate pressure on joints while using the resistance of the water to tone and strengthen muscles. The use of water belts will keep participants fully suspended in the water for the entire workout. Cardio exercises will consist of a variety of movements to increase heart rate and utilize the body’s full range of motion. Specific areas of the body, such as arms, legs and abs, will be targeted to promote muscle tone and build strength. This low impact class makes a great workout for all ages and physical abilities.

Shallow Water Aerobics This class is for everyone! A workout designed to challenge the most fit while gentle enough for seniors. Aqua Aerobics was developed to utilize the natural resistance of water to raise your heart rate for a great cardio respiratory workout. Components also include muscular strength, endurance and flexibility training. Due to the buoyancy property of water, exercise in the aquatic environment places minimal stress on the body's joints and muscles.
